for my children

for the extacy of discovery
for the dakness and the light
for my health
for this life
for my family
for all good and beautiful things
for all of it
i am so greatful
i ask this
comfort for those who suffer
shelter and food for the hungry
drink for the thirsty
love for the lonely
laughter for those in dispair
freedom for those who are in prison
justice for the innocent
peace on earth
protection for children
easy death
rest
may the earth be blessed
it has given all of us
this wonder
this life
